Andrea graduated in law in July 1995 from the La Sapienza University in Rome (after 3 years studying Economics and Commerce); he was called to the Bar in October 1998 in Rome; he completed a 2 year course at the Notary School of “Anselmo Anselmi” in Rome in 1996/1997 and completed his Notary traineeship in 1997.

At the beginning Andrea has carried out Civil Law, and since 1998 went on to gain significant experience in advising on Labour Law. In particular, he provides his assistance both in labour litigation (on the national territory) and in out-of-court advice for Italian and foreign Companies, in addition to Managers and individuals. He assists the Clients in the H.R. management, pre-contentious and contentious matters relating to all the employment relationship, in the disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals, in the personnel reorganizations and restructuring operations, with assistance in all the Trade Unions meetings.  He carries out activity also for drafting company-level agreements (including negotiating and liaising with Trade Unions). He also provides due diligence assistance (both acquisition and vendor side).

In 2005, 2006, 2007 he was a Professor of Employment Law in the undergraduate course at the La Sapienza University in Rome, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. Since 2006 he has taught numerous specialized training courses including in Anthropology, Sociology and Risk Management. Since 2007, Andrea has held a number of conferences and seminars on employment law, privacy and controlling employees, the legal figure of the Compliance Officer, and since 2010 has participated in several workshops. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Rome Bar Association’s Employment Law Project. Since 2013 he has taught a training course for the Italian Red Cross. In 2016 he obtained rights of audience to the Supreme Court. In the last years he has started again attending to professional liability litigation in medical field.
