After completing his studies at University “Roma Tre” in Rome and carrying out the legal practice, Simone Di Tommaso is admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009.

He provides legal advice to public authorities, companies and private citizens, both in judicial and out-of-court fields.

He has strong experience in civil litigation with a particular focus on contractual and non-contractual liability, damages and corporate law, as well as on contract law and debt collection.

In 2022 he is qualified to practise before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts.
