Roberta Mollica is an Italian lawyer admitted to the Bar Association of Milan, with considerable experience in media & entertainment law. In particular, she advises clients in corporate law, copyright/image law and media regulation.

She acquired a significant experience in advising clients on regulatory (including terrestrial, satellite and cable broadcasting, TV advertising, web) and contractual issues (including e-commerce, product placement, sponsorship, advertising, event and concert organization, service contract, etc.), in copyrights law and image rights law (including purchase of copyrights, license of copyrights, film production, image release etc.).

Graduated in Law (Bocconi University – Milan), Roberta before co-founding LAWAL, worked for several years in a prestigious Milan law firm.
