Marco Baio holds a J.D. cum laude from Università degli Studi di Trento, where he graduated in 2020 discussing a dissertation about Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, and an LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Law (distinction) from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. 

Marco worked as a trainee for some primary Italian and International Law Firms based in Milan. In LAWAL he practices in the Corporate/M&A/Regulatory and Litigation Departments.
