Marcello is a Member of the Milan Bar since 24/06/2004 and is entitled as Defensor before the Supreme Court since 23/09/2016.

Marcello is an expert lawyer in corporate and criminal law and has accrued considerable experience in the administrative liability of entities in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and data protection, drafting organisational models and holding positions as Supervisory Body and Data Protection Officer.

He also has extensive legal experience, particularly with employment disputes regarding biological damages.

Marcello has authored numerous publications (including a monography, “I nuovi reati societari”, Milan, 2008, Utet) and articles on 231 matters and spoken at various conventions, masters courses and seminars. He has lectured on the Masters course in Law and Business organised by the 24 Ore Group – Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A.
