Luca holds a J.D. degree in corporate law and financial markets from Bocconi University, where he graduated in 2015 and a LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Corporate and Business Law from Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated in 2017.

Before joining LAWAL, Luca served as co-delegate for the Permanent Italian Mission to the UN and International Organizations at the UN and WTO in Geneva and worked in the Milan offices of certain primary national and international law firms where he focused on corporate law matters, M&A transactions, and financings as well as consultancy activities for banks and other financial intermediaries. 

Currently, in LAWAL operates as Senior Associate and his areas of expertise cover the following departments: Regulatory, Corporate, Private Equity and Venture Capital.

Luca has assisted banks, asset management companies, investment funds and industrial corporations in several complex transactions both in Italy and in New York.

 He has been admitted to the New York Bar in 2018 as Attorney at Law and to the Italian Bar (Milan) in 2019 as “Avvocato”.
