Luca Casinelli graduated from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in 2016 and is member of the Milan Bar since 2021.

Luca works with the Litigation and Corporate/M&A Departments and provides out-of-court consultancy and judicial assistance on corporate, banking and financial law and corporate restructuring. Before joining Lawal he worked in the Milan offices of leading Italian and international law firms.
