Julie Layat is a member of the Paris Bar since 2008, after gaining experience in companies (Renault) and in Canada (Lette Lette Whittakers & Koskie Minsky, Toronto ON.). She advises her clients on the implementation and management of their HR policy (individual and collective relations) and represents them before the judicial and administrative courts, as well as in their relations with the administration (Urssaf, Dreets).

Julie has developed a recognised expertise in reorganisation operations, complementary social protection, Urssaf control and international mobility, particularly in the cleaning, construction and social economy sectors.

Julie holds a master’s degree in judicial careers, a master’s degree in employment law and a DEA in employment law (UVSQ and Panthéon Assas Universities). She started working in the social protection department of a specialised law firm (Cabinet Fromont Briens) and then, in 2010, joined the employment law department of a French business law firm (Cabinet Delsol).

Since 2013, Julie provides training courses (Lamy formation, Elegia, Wolters kluvers), regarding the subject of incapacity and the functioning of employees representative institutions.
