Member of the Venice and Paris Bars, Francesca Bologna has recognised expertise in corporate and international law. She assists large groups and SMEs in the development of their legal strategy at national and international level. 

Francesca is particularly involved in M&A transactions, private equity and corporate compliance matters, with a focus on personal data protection issues. 

Francesca holds a double doctorate in international law from the University of Padua and the University of Panthéon Assas Paris II, and a double master II in European and international law from the University of Urbino and the University of Paris I. She regularly conducts legal seminars and is the author of numerous publications in Italian and French legal journals. 

Francesca is also President of the Association of Italian Lawyers in France.
