Fabio Bonaglia has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2005 and is in charge of the Construction, Industrial Risks and Real Estate Department of the Paris office. He advises and represents his clients, companies and institutions, in the context of their private and public projects, at all stages (structuring, construction, marketing, management) and for all classes of assets (industrial, commercial, residential, energy/infrastructure).

Fabio is ranked as a “recommended” in Construction & Real estate Development and as a “valuable practitioner” in tenancy law and real estate by Décideurs Magazine (Leaders League).

Graduated in international law (DEA – Paris X), litigation and arbitration law (DESS – Paris II) and construction and real estate law (Master – Paris II), Fabio Bonaglia worked for nearly 10 years in an international law firm before joining one of the leading French law firms in construction law, and then founding LAWAL Avocats in Paris in 2020. 

He regularly conducts training sessions on subcontracting in the construction and industry sectors (intra and infra) and is also a member of of the Ital’Immo club.
