Enrico is responsible for the corporate, banking and finance litigation department and corporate restructuring, family assets and inheritances. He gained experience both in Italy and abroad (United States of America and South Africa), he graduated cum laude in law from the University of Palermo in 1982 and he specialized at the Catholic University of Milan (specialization course on corporate law and international commercial law) and at The College of Insurance in New York (course on Reinsurance).

Enrico is member of the of the Milan Bar since 1990, he has been assisting Italian and international banks, financial companies and corporate groups for over thirty years.

Before joining LAWAL Enrico was a partner of prestigious Italian law firms (Rubino Sammartano, Pavia and Ansaldo, Agnoli Bernardi and Pirola Pennuto Zei).
