In particular, in more than two decades of professional activity he has gained extensive experience in: tax litigation, technical advice in both civil and criminal corporate litigation, drafting appraisals for the valuation of companies and company shares, tax due diligence, and assisting clients in acquisition and extraordinary corporate transactions.

He holds positions as an auditor of companies with and without the assignment of accounting control and as a director of corporations.
