Luca Gobbi

Luca works in the Regulatory, Corporate, Private Equity and Venture Capital areas where he has handled several complex transactions on behalf of banks, asset management companies, investment funds and industrial companies, both in Italy and New York.

He has been a member of the New York Bar since 2018 as an Attorney- at-Law, and of the Milan Bar since 2019. He holds a Degree in Law with a specialisation in corporate and capital markets law from the Bocconi University, and a Master of Law in Corporate and Business Law attained at the Pennsylvania State University.

Before joining Lawal’s team, he worked in Geneva at the UN and the WTO as co-delegate of the Permanent Representation of Italy to International Organisations, and then at the Milan office of some leading national and international law firms, dealing mainly with corporate law, M&A transactions and financing, and advising financial and banking intermediaries.
