Enrico Caruso

With significant experience acquired in Italy and abroad – the United States and South Africa – Enrico is in charge of the Firm’s corporate, banking and financial litigation, corporate restructuring, family wealth and succession areas.

He has been advising Italian and international banks, finance companies and corporate groups for over 30 years, and prior to joining Lawal, he was a partner in leading Italian law firms including Rubino Sammartano (THE NEW NAME IS Law Fed BRSA), Pavia e Ansaldo, Agnoli Bernardi e Pirola Pennuto Zei.

He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and graduated with honours in Law from the University of Palermo. He furthered his studies at the Università Cattolica, Milan, in corporate law and international business law, and in Reinsurance at The College of Insurance, New York.
