Cristina Marino Affaitati

Graduated in Economics and Business Law at Milan’s Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University.

Enrolled with the Register of Certified Accountants for Milan and with the Register of Auditors.

Cristina provides specialist advice on tax, corporate and accounting matters, assisting clients with their day to day requirements and also in relation to the highly regulated areas of corporate taxation and VAT. She assist clients and corporate groups in the industrial, commercial and real estate sectors, with a focus on shopping centers and in connection to lease  contracts of real estate assets.

Cristina acquired significant experience in representing clients in tax litigation, including pre-contentious matters and the negotiation of tax settlements and tax arbitration.
